The essence of Pneuma Soma lies in feeling at home within your own mind and body. It explores the interplay between thought and the connection between the mind and body.
The sculptural garments suggest an inner world that clings to the body like a shadow. This inner realm reacts to what happens outside, pulling you away from the present moment and disconnecting you from your body. You find yourself living in the past, with your focus fixed on the future. Pneuma Soma reflects the tension between these worlds.

Hersenspinsel 2022
Hersenspinsel consists of a handwoven top, a mesh top, and pants made from my own textile manipulation. During the project, I was researching contrasts in materials and techniques. The bottom feature a consistent pattern that would remain in the same position even with stretching and movement. The top is fragile and delicate, requiring careful handling.
Costume design for the project 'Muddy Grief,' created for a client. The design process was fully developed, but the project was ultimately not completed due to unforeseen budget limitations.
